List Of CrossFit WODs
A WOD is a term used at Crossfit Boxes (gyms) it simply means Work Out Of The Day,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]. Crossfit WODs range from sit ups to heavy weight lifting and to flipping tires,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych].
The basic idea behind crossfit exercises is to be able to do a number of different movements which prepare the body to do hard work in the real world. In Crossfit,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], the participants do not just focus on one type of an exercises such as running. Crossfitters can run, jump, lift, throw and so much more.
What's great about Crossfit WODs is that in most cases they are performed in a group setting. Everyone competes for time or reps, yet everyone encourages each other to finish all of the exercises.

Become a BodyRocker and Get in the best shape of your life at home for free. It's all about combining different exercises into one routine. What most people look for is to target multiple areas so that one workout can be beneficial for the whole body. For example, you can combine an ab workout,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], arm work out, and leg workout.
Next,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], figure out how many reps you would like to do of each exercise and how many sets you would like to do. Some sets may be based on time instead of reps. If you are working out in a group, then you have to consider that some people won't be able to perform as well as others, this is where the timed exercises come in.
Lastly, of course you have to take a look at all of the equipment you have. There are many Crossfit exercises which do not require a lot of equipment. A lot of Crossfit WODs incorporate a 400m or 600m run to warm up and to get the heart rate going.
Here's a great Crossfit WOD for home. You don't need any equipment to do pushups,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], situps, and squats. Simply do the number of exercises listed as fast as you can and repeat for 5 rounds.
Alternatively you can designate to do each exercise for 2 minutes each and to do 5 sets. Setting a particular time for exercises instead of exact amount of exercise may be beneficial to the beginners who may not be able to do 30, 40, or 50 pushups, situps, or squats.
