The accounts of Yellow Brick Road reflect the operating performance of seven subsidiary companies including YBR Securities, Yellow Brick Road Investment Partners and Yellow Brick Road Finance.
In the accounts, the company's directors stated the group's operations included accounting, wealth management, private client stockbroking and finance broking.
The organization is continuing as a going concern because its major shareholder, State Capital International Holdings, has guaranteed to provide financial assistance if it is required.
